My friend booked an appointment, why isn’t it on my dashboard?
The impact dashboard updates throughout the day. Typically it will take 2-3 hours for actions to be noted on your dashboard.
I am applying but aren’t sure which Partner Type I am or what my Property Type is?
When applying to be a partner, we would like to know how you will promote Canna Care Docs. Will you be sending emails? Sharing over social media or your website? You can use your code no matter what you choose here. If you plan to share on your own personal website, share that under property type. Turning on Social media allows you to connect your Facebook, google, Instagram etc. so you can easily share your code!
The terms say I will receive $0 for a signup? I thought I would get $10?
You are correct. You do not get paid unless the new patient has successfully completed their appointment. No money will be paid out for a booked appointment.
Where is my link?
Your link is located on the right side of your dasboard. Simply click once and it will be copied to your clipboard for easy sharing!
Can I post an ad?
Absolutely! Simply click “view ads” in the “My Brands” section of your dashboard. Select a pre-made ad or logo by clicking “get code” and copying the code into your website. You are able to request other ads or personalized ones by clicking “request new ad.” New ads will take 3-5 business days to create.
When do I get paid?
Once a new patient has successfully completed an appointment using your link to book, you will receive $10 to your account. This money will stay in your dashboard until the appointment has been verified and it is paid out. This can take anywhere from 45 – 60 days after the appointment.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to your impact log in page and hit “forgot password.” The Impact platform will email you with instructions.
Where can I post my link?
You can post wherever you would like as long as where you are posting does not have any restrictions on referral marketing or advertising. We encourage you to share your link on all social media platforms, on your website, in your emails or simply text the code to your family and friends. Your link is not to be used in conjunction with or on any Canna Care Docs social posts across any and all platforms.
